The Chancery Rosewood – opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Supervisor – Event Operations to support the flawless delivery of private events, corporate functions, and grand celebrations at The Chancery Rosewood. In this hands-on role, you will supervise service teams during live events, ensuring each guest experience is delivered with elegance, warmth, and precision. You will act as a key support to the Floor Manager and Banqueting leadership, maintaining smooth coordination, service excellence, and an elevated standard of presentation at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the service team during events, ensuring timing, service flow, and guest interactions meet Rosewood’s luxury standards.

• Support the Floor Manager in coordinating between kitchen, beverage, and service teams during setup and live service.

• Brief service staff ahead of each event, clarifying responsibilities, timing, and guest preferences.

• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, assisting with service, resolving issues, and providing coaching in the moment.

• Ensure event spaces are always immaculate in presentation, from table setup to décor details.

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs and special requests.

• Provide feedback to team members and support their growth through guidance and example.

• Assist in the organisation of equipment, event logistics, and post-event breakdown.

• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout all stages of event execution.

About You:

• You bring prior experience in a supervisory or senior service role within luxury hospitality or events.

• You are calm, supportive, and composed in a live service environment.

• You have strong attention to detail, great people skills, and a hands-on approach.

• You take pride in delivering beautifully executed events and ensuring your team does the same.

• You are approachable, professional, and ready to step in wherever needed to deliver exceptional results.
