Account Manager (Global Accounts)

Fitch Solutions is currently seeking an Account Manager based out of our London office.

About the Team

The Account Manager is an entry-level role within the Global Accounts Management team, designed as a progression from the Sales Development Associate (SDA) position. This role offers increased responsibility in managing client territories, achieving retention targets, and supporting overall revenue growth. 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

· Manage a designated territory of clients, ensuring regular engagement and support, client retention, and implementing strategies regarding client growth.

· Achieve retention targets by delivering exceptional client service and value.

· Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key clients to discuss progress, gather feedback, and plan for future growth.

· Ensure all client interactions are documented in Salesforce, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

· Conduct client calls and meetings, aiming for consistent monthly engagement.

· Assist in building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, with accurate forecasting and reporting.

· Work closely with Account Managers, Specialists, and Marketing to execute campaigns and support cross-sell/upsell opportunities.

You May be a Good Fit if You Have:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

·1-3 years of experience in a Sales Development Associate or similar role.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

· A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a focus on client success

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
