Senior Edit Producer
Our YouTube channel is home to talent-led, long-form episodes that combine high production values with gripping storytelling. It’s where jaw-dropping cars meet next-level creativity, designed to capture attention and keep viewers hooked.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Edit Producer who lives and breathes YouTube. You’ll know what makes audiences click, comment, and stay to the end — using both instinct and data to craft stories that perform.
You’ll take the lead in shaping our YouTube episodes from rushes to final delivery, collaborating closely with Producers, Editors, and on-screen Talent to make every video shine.
What will you be doing?
Lead the post-production process for long-form YouTube content.
Write or refine VO scripts, structure narratives, and oversee edits from assembly to final cut.
Collaborate with Producers, Editors, and Talent to elevate storytelling and pacing.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring everything stays on schedule, on brand, and on trend.
Use data-driven insights to guide storytelling decisions and optimise viewer retention.
Work closely with the analytics, thumbnails, and titles teams to maximise performance.
Stay across YouTube trends to ensure our content always feels fresh and relevant.
What will you have done before?
Proven experience in edit producing for YouTube or digital-first video.
A deep understanding of YouTube storytelling, pacing, and engagement strategies.
Strong editorial instincts and confidence writing VOs, scripts, and storylines.
A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
A sharp eye for detail, narrative flow, and creative execution.
A genuine passion for cars, tech, and pop culture — you love creating content people want to share.
This role is hybrid, based in our Shoreditch, London office, with a requirement to work three days per week in the office.
