As the appointed KS2 Teacher , you will be joining a collaborative year group with excellent teaching assistants and supportive senior leaders. The KS2 Teacher will be expected to contribute to curriculum planning, assessment moderation and enrichment programmes, with full support from the school from January 2026 .

KS2 Teacher – core accountabilities
• Deliver high-quality KS2 lessons as the KS2 Teacher , securing progress across the phase.
• Use assessment effectively to target gaps as the KS2 Teacher , and run interventions where needed.
• Communicate with parents and the community as the KS2 Teacher to share progress.
• Participate in wider school life as the KS2 Teacher , including clubs and trips.

KS2 Teacher – person specification
• QTS with proven KS2 experience as a KS2 Teacher .
• Strong classroom practice, excellent behaviour management as a KS2 Teacher .
• A proactive and collaborative KS2 Teacher who contributes to school improvement.

This is a Full-Time KS2 Teacher post commencing January 2026 . The Full-Time KS2 Teacher will have pre-term induction and planning time in the run-up to January 2026 , and will be supported to make rapid progress with their class from January 2026 .
