Including144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, along with a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices, and expression.

As Chef de Partie at The Chancery Rosewood, you will be part of a world-class culinary team delivering exceptional dining experiences across multiple exciting concepts. This role is more than cooking – it’s about craftsmanship, creativity, and passion for perfection. You’ll work with some of the industry’s most talented professionals in state-of-the-art kitchens, bringing bold ideas and uncompromising quality to every plate.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.
Manage your section efficiently, maintaining organisation, cleanliness, and precision under pressure.
Collaborate with senior chefs and the wider team to create innovative menus that celebrate seasonality and sustainability.
Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with all regulations.
Contribute to the training and development of junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and learning.
About You
A passionate, talented chef with proven experience as a Chef de Partie in luxury or high-end restaurants.
Strong technical skills and a genuine love for culinary creativity.
Calm, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where excellence is non-negotiable.
A team player who brings positivity, resilience, and pride to everything you do.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of a dynamic opening.
