We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hounslow . This full-time role initially covers maternity leave until December 2025 , with the position becoming permanent from January 2026 . The class includes pupils with strong SEND needs , offering an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in children’s academic and personal development.

Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities
· Plan, deliver, and differentiate lessons for Year 3 students, addressing diverse learning needs, including strong SEND.
· Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and setting achievable targets.
· Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
· Collaborate with colleagues to develop engaging curriculum activities and share best practices.
· Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress and wellbeing.
· Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development, with particular attention to those with SEND.
Year 3 Teacher Requirements
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
· Experience teaching Year 3 or lower Key Stage 2 students.
· Experience supporting pupils with SEND is highly desirable.
· Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Passionate about teaching and committed to inspiring children.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
