A Cover Supervisor is needed in a Coeducational Secondary School in South London.

This Cover supervisor position can be part or full time.

If appointed as a Cover Supervisor you will be required to cover different KS3 and KS4 classes.

Cover Supervisor duties will specifically include but not be limited to; setting up lessons for pupils to begin their work independently, managing poor behaviour by pupils during lessons and organising the completed work for handovers to other staff members.

The rates of pay for this Cover Supervisor role will be between £82.14 to £130 a day, depending on the experiences and qualifications of each applicant.

An Ofsted rated 'Good' Mixed Secondary School located in the London Borough of Lambeth.

Personal Development is rated as 'Outstanding'.

Working closely with the associated 6th Form in the area, the team is looking to ensure a smooth transition for pupils that complete their GCSEs and move on to A Levels.

MFL is the schools specialism, with Chinese and English being taught to all Key Stage 3 pupils.

Clubs and extracurricular activities at the school include; Volleyball, Football, Chess, Anime/Comics, ICT, Art, Basketball, Boardgames, Theatre, Cooking, Music, Science, Athletics, Boxing, English and Japanese.

Requirements

You are encouraged to apply if you are a recent Graduate or experienced Cover Supervisor.

Applications are also welcome if you're a British trained Cover Supervisor or overseas trained Cover Supervisor.

All applicants must have the following in order to be shortlisted for this Cover Supervisor role:

• Right to work in the UK
• Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
• UK Bachelor's Degree or an overseas equivalent
• Experience of working with children and young people aged 11 to 16 years old or as a Cover Supervisor in UK schools
