We are actively seeking experienced, qualified Occupational Therapists to join our Adult Social Care services in Hammersmith & Fulham. You will be HCPC registered, bring strong post qualifying experience, and feel confident working across complex practice areas including functional assessment, strength based planning, equipment and adaptations, reablement, housing related interventions and the application of the Care Act.
In Hammersmith & Fulham, Occupational Therapy is central to our ambition to support independent living and prevention. You’ll work closely with social workers, health colleagues and community partners.

Role Specific Qualifications:

A relevant professional qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the HCPC.
