Executive Chef, London

We’re a multi award-winning contract catering company, with a team of trained foodies serving over 45,500 satisfied customers every day. We now have a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. Your role, Monday – Friday, on a daily basis will include leading the team in two satellite kitchens, that creates amazing food for our clients from across the world.

About you:

You’re inspired by the ingredients you work with and love to create seasonal, balanced and nutritious menus. You will have a proven kitchen management record as well as engaging communication skills. Ensuring our standards are met or exceeded, you’ll work with the sites teams to keep food innovation firmly on the agenda and achieve excellent GPs. You will also work with the Operations Manager to build and maintain the relationship between our company’s Foodie cultures and the goals of our client. We will train you on a booking system to be able to check daily bookings for our clients and communicate it to your team.

Continuous development extends to your team too, and you’ll provide strong leadership and coaching needed to keep standards and performance at the highest level, always encouraging new initiatives. Being in the kitchen doesn’t mean you won’t see your customers. We expect you to interact regularly with the people who enjoy our food – to measure success and gain inspiration for new ideas, and to maximise sales with our concepts and innovations.

You’ll be educated to a City & Guilds 706 1 and 2, NVQ or equivalent and ideally you will hold a Food Safety qualification at Level 3 as a minimum, plus Health & Safety at Level 2. You will also have an excellent knowledge of Food Safety Management System requirements as well as COSHH within your broad range of experience gained in a variety of client sites.
