Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. We facilitate talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.
The Employer Brand, Campaign & Content Lead is a strategic role, responsible for developing campaign and content strategies for global and local incentives building our Employer Brand proposition with priority talent segments and geographies. This role will closely interlock with the Experience Strategy Lead to ensure we are delivering the right message, at the right time, in the right place, with the right segment.

In this role you will:
- Responsible for partnering with the research and insights team to obtain competitive analysis, audience segmentation, and trend research to shape brand and marketing strategies.
- Develop robust, tailored marketing and campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and talent acquisition and retention goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute impactful campaigns
- Accountable for monitoring emerging industry trends, platforms, and best practices in content marketing and brand positioning.
- Foster collaboration across marketing, brand, and communication teams to leverage synergies and drive unified efforts
- Analyse challenges, opportunities, and required solutions to deliver impactful results aligned with business objectives.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Prior experience designing data driven strategies tailored to business goals and talent needs.
- Prior experience in market research, marketing audience segmentation, and trend analysis.
- Ability to build campaign strategy and build propositions either within an Agency or in-house.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and measurable strategies.
- Understanding of emerging industry trends, and talent needs, and best practices in marketing and branding.
- Experience in creating and managing end-to-end brand and marketing campaigns.
- Thorough understanding of business value creation and how marketing campaigns contribute to organizational goals.
- Prior experience developing and presenting compelling business cases.
This role is based in London on a hybrid working basis.
