Your new job working as a Senior Private Client & High Net Worth Risks will be working for an independent Lloyd's Broker, based in the heart of the City. They have built a business where the whole team are passionate about delivering a first class, bespoke service to their clients. Due to the expansion of the book, they are looking for 2 permanent Senior Private Client Account Executives to work on Internal and External Clients. The ideal candidate with be a Private Client & High Net Worth professional who has proven experience of developing new business. Your new job In your new role Reporting to the Managing Director, the Senior Account Executive handling Private Client & High Net Worth Risks will be responsible for managing the Personal Lines Department and taking responsibility for the team's performance against targets. You will be expected to provide technical support and servicing across Mid to Ultra High Net Worth Insurances including Fine Art, Jewellery, Travel, Personal Accident and Private Motor. Other duties will include handling new business enquiries and certain high value renewals as well as, creating and agreeing documentation for risks placed under Binding Authorities. You will also be responsible for the placement and operation of the Private Client risks and liaise with and support Cover holders for whom they place Binding Author. Other duties will include growing the existing book, frequently visiting and developing client opportunities and helping to run and develop and growing book. What you will need to succeed Your previous experience working in a Senior Client managerial leading role handling and developing a High Net Worth Book will contribute to your success in securing this role. Experience handling High Net Worth risks is essential with the ability to bring about growth within the department by securing new business opportunities and exploring potential new prospects within the existing clientele. It would be advantageous but not essential if you had knowledge of operating Binding Authorities (binders with Lloyds of London capacity would be an advantage). Accurate production of documentation and attention to detail is crucial, risk evaluation and negotiation skills, whether electronically or face to face (Lloyds of London broking experience would be beneficial). You will have a positive attitude, good communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to build good relations with clients, insurers and colleagues as well as being well-organised and self-reliant, with excellent time management skills with ability to work under pressure, with effective management of deadlines. The successful person will be reliable and hardworking, with the ability to motivate the team to both individual and departmental success.
