Receptionist, Administration, and First Aider
St Aloysius RC College is a well-established and respected school located in the United Kingdom, committed to providing high-quality education within a supportive and inclusive environment. We are currently seeking a Receptionist and First Aider to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth front-of-house operations while also providing essential first aid support when needed.

Minimum Qualification: Diploma
Minimum Experience: 1 year Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, students, parents, and staff warmly and professionally
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and visitor logs
- Provide first aid assistance promptly in accordance with school policies
- Coordinate communication between different departments as required
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing supplies Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma qualification or equivalent relevant certification
- Minimum of one year experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role
- Certified First Aider with up-to-date training preferred or willingness to obtain certification upon appointment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure especially during emergencies Values and Attitudes:
