The Account Manager – MEIA & LATAM is responsible for managing and developing Jellycat’s presence across a portfolio of distributor‑led and key retail markets within the Middle East, India, Africa and Latin America.

Working closely with the Business Development Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in driving sustainable growth, ensuring brand standards are upheld in market, and supporting partners to execute Jellycat’s go‑to‑market ambition with consistency and care.

This role requires a highly organised, commercially curious individual who is comfortable operating across multiple countries, cultures and time zones, balancing local market realities with global brand expectations. It is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, values detail and partnership, and takes pride in delivering excellence through others.

You'll be;

Strategy & Market Development (in partnership with Manager)

  • Working closely with the Business Development Manager to support strategy execution and market development plans across MEIA & LATAM.

  • Acting as the primary commercial bridge between day‑to‑day market performance and longer‑term market incubation activity led by the Business Development function.

  • Supporting the preparation and execution of markets as they transition through phases of development, ensuring partners are operationally, commercially and brand‑ready.

  • Providing structured market insight, performance feedback and executional learnings to inform:

-Distributor performance reviews

-Market readiness assessments

-Longer‑term growth planning

  • Partnering with Business Development on the implementation (not ownership) of initiatives such as distributor transitions, operational changes or market capability building, once strategic direction has been set.

  • · Ensuring short‑term commercial decisions align with agreed medium‑term market strategies.

Account Management & Partner Relationships

  • Managing and nurture a portfolio of distributors and key retail partners across MEIA & LATAM.

  • Acting as a trusted, reliable point of contact, ensuring clear, consistent and professional communication.

  • Supporting distributor business planning, range alignment and go‑to‑market execution.

  • Building strong, long‑term partnerships while confidently holding partners accountable to agreed standards and commitments.

Retail Execution & Brand Standards

  • Acting as a brand guardian in market, ensuring Jellycat’s brand standards, visual guidelines and positioning are clearly understood and consistently executed.

  • Conducting regular in‑market visits to review retail execution, identify gaps and opportunities, and provide structured, constructive feedback.

  • Supporting and deliver training to distributor sales teams and key retail partners to strengthen brand understanding and execution.

  • Ensuring Jellycat’s joyful, premium positioning is reflected in product placement, display quality and overall consumer experience.

Commercial Support & Planning

  • Supporting & leading budgeting, forecasting and phasing with distributors and key partners.

  • Reviewing forecasts critically, bringing appropriate challenge and insight to ensure accuracy and alignment.

  • Identifying opportunities for responsible distribution growth, category expansion and improved performance.

  • Flagging commercial, operational or brand risks early and work cross‑functionally to mitigate impact.

Operational & Administrative Excellence

  • Managing order processes through ERP systems, ensuring accuracy across order entry, backorders and updates.

  • Working closely with Credit Control to support adherence to agreed payment terms and risk parameters.

  • Producing accurate sales, stock and performance reporting - attention to detail and data accuracy are essential.

  • Ensuring operational issues are resolved efficiently, escalating appropriately when required.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Liaising effectively with Customer Service, Operations, Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure excellent account delivery.

  • Acting as a clear conduit between market partners and internal teams, ensuring insights flow both ways.

Team Contribution & Growth

  • Contributing positively to the wider sales team, supporting ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as required.

  • Representing Jellycat with professionalism, warmth and enthusiasm in all internal and external interactions.

  • Continuously developing market knowledge, commercial capability and brand understanding.

You'll have;

  • Experience in wholesale sales, account management or a similar commercial role (premium or brand‑led environment preferred).

  • Experience working with international markets, distributors or multi‑country retail partners.

  • Understanding of retail operations, merchandising fundamentals and brand execution.

  • Strong communication skills—clear, confident and culturally sensitive.

  • High level of organisation and follow‑through; comfortable managing multiple priorities across regions.

  • Solid Excel capability with the ability to interpret and question commercial data.

  • Competent PowerPoint skills with the ability to create partner‑ready presentations.

  • Comfortable working autonomously and making sound commercial judgements.

  • Passionate about Jellycat—its characters, its fans and its joyful world.

  • Partnership‑led, collaborative and respectful, while maintaining high standards.
