Subject Lead in Hospitality
Inspire Future Hospitality Leaders at LCCA
At London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA), we specialise in business, creativity, and contemporary arts education, grounded in real-world learning and strong industry partnerships. As part of the Global University Systems (GUS) network, our mission is clear: deliver accessible, progressive education that prepares students for thriving careers.
We are now seeking a Subject Lead in Hospitality—a passionate and experienced academic professional ready to shape the future of our Hospitality degree programmes during an exciting phase of growth.
About the Role
You will play a key role in developing and leading the Hospitality curriculum, ensuring that students gain the practical knowledge, analytical ability, and leadership skills to succeed in this dynamic industry.
This is a hands-on, full-time teaching and leadership role where you’ll be involved in everything from curriculum design to classroom delivery, assessment planning to mentoring fellow lecturers. You’ll be a visible presence for staff and students alike, setting high academic standards while supporting the wider development of the programme.
Our courses are delivered through a blended learning model, including weekday, evening, and weekend teaching, with scheduling based on team availability and student needs. Flexibility is key.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be an experienced educator with a strong track record in Hospitality or a related field. You'll bring creativity, academic rigor, and industry insight to the table—alongside an enthusiasm for student success and curriculum innovation.
You’ll work closely with the Course Director and wider academic teams, supporting the development of new content and taking responsibility for quality assurance, resource planning, and student outcomes. Your leadership will help foster a collaborative, inclusive, and industry-informed learning environment.
Why Join Us?
At LCCA, you’ll find more than just a teaching role—you’ll find a purpose-driven academic community. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of hospitality education, contribute to institutional projects and staff development initiatives, and stay connected to the industry through ongoing professional practice.
This is your chance to make a meaningful impact—on your students, your colleagues, and the future of a sector that thrives on innovation and adaptability.
