Workspace Field Service Engineer (Mobile)

Job Purpose and Summary

We are looking for talented individuals to join the Southern team working primarily in the South, South West and West London postcodes as a Field Service Engineer as a mobile engineer. The ideal candidate would live in or around these postcodes (but not limited too) to meet agreed service levels.

As a Canon Field Service Engineer, you'll be the trusted expert delivering our high standards directly to customers -installing, maintaining, and repairing Canon multifunctional office printers and finishing products to the highest standards. You’ll work independently in the field while being supported by a collaborative and inclusive team.

- Advise customers on chargeable work and obtain necessary authorisation

You will need

You’re a creative problem-solver who sees the world through a customer’s eyes. You’re collaborative, courageous and ready to take on new challenges

- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills (electrical/mechanical) - A customer-first mindset and great communication skills - Confidence using IT systems and managing your time effectively - A proactive, self-motivated approach to learning and development - Full UK driving licence (for mobile roles)

Further Information

Competitive salary:Salary up to £27,462 Mobile Engineer dependant on experience

Additional: To support our planet and people and reduce the carbon emissions across our Service organisation, we are currently transitioning our engineer fleet to EV. Our company car fleet is a mixture of EV or Hybrid vehicles.
