PR and Infuencer Lead in City of London
Job description
A creative social-first agency is looking for a PR and Influencer Lead to lead its growing communications division, spanning content, influencer, partnerships, and PR .
This is a senior strategic and creative leadership role for someone who knows how to connect brands with culture through earned storytelling, influential partnerships, and innovative social thinking.
The Opportunity
You’ll oversee and evolve the agency’s comms offering , building integrated strategies that blend traditional media relations, influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
This is a hybrid, full-time role based in London , offering client visibility, and the chance to make a tangible impact on an ambitious, fast-growing agency.
Key Responsibilities
Comms Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the agency’s communications division , spanning content, partnerships, influencer marketing, and PR.
- Define the overall comms strategy and framework, ensuring integration across earned, owned, and influencer channels.
- Partner with the senior leadership team to evolve the agency’s service offering and positioning.
Campaign & Client Leadership
- Oversee development and delivery of integrated campaigns that connect culture, storytelling, and influence.
- Advise key clients on proactive comms strategy, ensuring work is bold, relevant, and measurable.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks that tie comms outcomes directly to business objectives.
Influencer & Partnership Growth
- Build and scale the agency’s influencer and brand partnership programmes , developing strong relationships with creators, agents, and platforms.
- Identify collaboration opportunities that elevate both agency and client brands.
- Drive creative excellence across influencer and partnership activations.
Media & Content Innovation
- Maintain a strong network of media, creator, and cultural contacts across lifestyle, entertainment, and consumer sectors.
- Champion creative, social-first storytelling that works across multiple formats and channels.
- Ensure all output reflects the agency’s tone, craft, and high creative standards.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Lead and nurture a multi-disciplinary communications team , setting clear development goals and encouraging creative growth.
- Foster a collaborative, ambitious culture that celebrates innovation, inclusion, and excellence.
- Represent the agency in new business, pitches, and industry events.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience leading integrated comms, influencer, or earned media teams within a creative, comms or social-first agency.
- A strong understanding of how PR, influencer, and partnerships intersect with brand storytelling.
- Deep network of media, influencer, and cultural connections .
- Strong strategic and creative instincts, with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client advisory skills.
- A passion for culture, creativity, and shaping stories that resonate.
Salary & Benefits
- £60,000–£65,000 per annum (depending on experience).
- Hybrid working , London-based with flexible remote days.
- 30 days’ annual leave (including Bank Holidays), plus your birthday off and office closure at Christmas .
