Hey - Marcus here, I’m the founder / CEO of elyndra. Our mission is to transform social care by building the missing operational platform that providers need to do more caring and less admin.

We're starting with Children's care; every year, thousands of vulnerable children are let down because the system is broken: homes sit with vacant beds while children wait for placements, staff drown in process paperwork instead of caring, and providers fail inspections not because they don’t care, but because their tools and processes are not designed for the complexity of human lives. I grew up in a family that ran care services, and I’ve seen this problem from the inside. It’s why I started elyndra.

We’ve raised £1.1m from top VCs and strategic care group partners, have paying customers, and are scaling. Our platform helps care providers process referrals faster, manage incidents compliantly, and stay on the right side of risk and regulations - tackling a multi billion £ sector in the UK care.

To keep pace, I need an exceptional operator as my right hand. This role is a launchpad - you’ll help scale every part of the company, from operations and fundraising to growth and product. You’ll be in the room for the hardest problems, and you’ll have the autonomy to solve them.

• Drive strategic projects – investment raise prep, market expansion research, partnership integrations.
• Run business intelligence – competitive intel, market analysis, performance metrics.
• Operational excellence – design and run processes that make the company more efficient and effective (think automations).
• Founder force multiplier – bridge between me and the team, ensuring strategy translates into execution.
• Commercial support – prospect research, deal support, customer success workflows.
• Flex into anything – from writing a board slides to automating, nothing is “not my job.”!

• Comfort with data and tooling (Sheets, SQL, Zapier, Notion) ++ if you can code!
• Prior experience in consulting, strategy, or fast-growth startups.
