Real Estate Associate (2–5 PQE) – Leading International Law Firm
Are you a talented real estate lawyer with 2–5 years’ PQE, looking to join a market-leading team in London? This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile transactions for a diverse client base, including institutional investors, developers, corporates, and public sector bodies.
About the Team:
Our client’s Real Estate team is consistently highly ranked with Chambers & Partners and advises on some of the most significant and high-profile real estate transactions in the UK and internationally. The team’s expertise spans office buildings, retail and leisure developments, hotels, residential schemes, business parks, industrial sites, and major mixed-use urban regeneration projects.
The Role:
You will:
- Advise on a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, development projects, and asset management
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents (sale and purchase agreements, leases, development agreements, etc.)
- Manage your own matters with appropriate supervision, progressing transactions efficiently and effectively
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing clear, commercially focused advice
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Support business development activities and contribute to the identification of new opportunities
- Mentor junior team members and participate in training and know-how initiatives
About You:
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience in real estate, gained at a leading law firm
- Solid experience advising on a range of real estate transactions, with a good understanding of commercial drivers in the sector
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
- Collaborative team player, committed to supporting colleagues and contributing to the team’s success
- Client-focused, with a professional approach and genuine interest in building client relationships
- Enthusiastic about developing your expertise and progressing your career within a top-tier real estate practice
