Temporary Organisational Development Partner
Are you an experienced OD professional who loves driving meaningful change and shaping people strategy? We’re currently supporting a highly respected Scottish charity that’s looking for an Interim Organisational Development Partner to provide short-term cover within their HR and People team.
This role will suit someone who enjoys variety - balancing hands-on policy work with broader OD and learning initiatives that make a real difference across an organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading on policy updates and development, ensuring HR policies are current, practical, and aligned with best practice.
- Supporting a range of OD projects and helping to shape and deliver engaging training content.
- Working collaboratively with leaders and colleagues to embed learning and development across the organisation.
- Contributing to longer-term OD initiatives linked to the wider people strategy.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in Organisational Development, with strong L&D skills.
- Confidence in creating and delivering impactful training materials.
- Someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- A proactive, adaptable individual who enjoys working autonomously in a collaborative environment.
The details:
- Contract: Initially one month, with strong potential to extend up to three months.
- Location: Remote, with occasional visits to central Scotland offices for meetings or training.
- Pay rate: £24 - £26 per hour
- Hours: Flexible
This is a great opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation, supporting them during a key period of transition and development.
If you’re immediately available and bring strong OD and L&D experience, we’d love to hear from you.
