Multi-Skilled Engineer West London Up to £40,000
Days Monday to Friday (8:00pm 17:00pm)
This is a brilliant opportunity to work for a leading service provider in the UK.
The client is a leading UK service provider who offers engineer the chance to grow their career through technical training, qualifications and more. This technical service provider covers a number of flagship contracts within the UK and has gained a great reputation in the FM and building services industry.
You will be a multi-skilled engineer with full completed qualifications in either electrical or mechanical. Undertaking, all multi-skilled building maintenance tasks Electrical, Mechanical Maintenance duties. The role will be carrying out reactive and routine PPMs across the contract. Looking after landlord services working with in a healthcare setting the engineer will need to have a good level off communication skills.
Engineering Requirements:
- Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance experience.
- Strong Fault-Finding skills
- Experience managing on site contractors and ensuring site safety.
- Carry out a mixture of PPM & reactive maintenance work on site
- Mechanically you will be working on the service of which will include Splits, Multi-Splits, AHUs, FCUs, motors, conveyors, bearing belts and sorting out any mechanical plant.
- Electrically you will be working on Light ballast, emergency lighting, inverters, 3 phase motors, relays, sensors, control panels, power supply etc.
- Calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate a willingness to work as part of a team.
