Senior Project Manager / Building Surveyor
- Lead Cat A and B commercial fit out projects across the UK, with typical values ranging from GBP1m to GBP10m+
- Act as the Employer s Agent, overseeing contract administration, programme management, and procurement
- Work closely with clients to understand operational objectives and deliver projects aligned with their business needs
- Manage financial reporting, quality assurance, compliance, and risk
- Represent the consultancy with professionalism and commercial awareness at every stage of the project lifecycle
- Experience as a Senior Building Surveyor
- Experience managing Cat A and B commercial fit outs, ideally with full project lifecycle involvement
- Deep understanding of JCT contracts, including Design & Build and Intermediate form
- A successful track record acting as Employer s Agent
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness, with experience in financial oversight and risk management
