An ambitious and community-focused Inner London primary school in Hackney is seeking an experienced Year 5 teacher to join its successful Upper Key Stage 2 team from September.

The Role
You will take responsibility for a Year 5 class , helping pupils develop strong subject knowledge and preparing them for their transition into Year 6.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering engaging lessons across the Upper Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly
- Supporting pupils academically and pastorally
- Contributing to wider school initiatives and enrichment activities
