Paid Media Manager
OVERVIEW – ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a talented Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic, independent advertising agency in the heart of London. In this role, you’ll take ownership of delivering high-impact paid media campaigns that drive measurable results for our diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll work closely with our creative, strategy, social and client services teams to craft and execute campaigns that resonate with audiences and deliver on ambitious KPIs.
Leveraging data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and maximise ROI.
Developing detailed reports and presenting performance metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.
Staying ahead of industry trends and platform updates to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.
Collaborating cross-functionally to integrate paid social with broader campaign strategies.
Bonus: Managing paid search (e.g., Google Ads) or programmatic campaigns to expand campaign reach and efficiency. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where your ability to dive into the details and use data to inform decisions will set you apart. The Package
PAID MEDIA MANAGER
To succeed in this role, you will have:
A data-driven mindset, with experience in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific dashboards) to monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring flawless campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
Strong communication skills to present insights and recommendations to clients and colleagues.
The ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high standards of execution.
Bonus: Experience in paid search (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) or programmatic advertising, enabling you to broaden campaign scope.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, Analytics) are desirable. You’re a proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and is eager to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital landscape. Experience in an agency environment is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Campaign Manager 360, or similar platforms.
