Role Summary

The Brand Partnerships Executive will be a key member of the commercial team, responsible for:

- Working closely with the Commercial Director to support revenue generation through co-branded projects across the designated client patch.

- The designated client patch focuses on key brands & agencies within the non-endemic space:

- Streetwear


- Footwear

- Sports Retail

- Alcohol

- Gaming

- Tech

- Finance

- Entertainment

2–3 years of project management experience is essential for this role, bringing to life Dazed partnerships and advertising campaigns by being the conduit between external client relationships and internal team relationships.

- Ensure smooth project management and client servicing to protect and grow client investment.

- Reporting and forecasting across live projects to provide clarity to the commercial and finance teams.

- End-to-end client management of supplied asset campaigns, social-first campaigns and editorial campaigns.

- Be an active part of the pitch process to new clients

- Occasionally outreach to clients for proactive partnership opportunities.

- Attend client events and networking opportunities that align with these brands.

Growth opportunities in this role include:

- Commercial training with the sales team to build coherent pitch and client management skills.

- Project management training with the Studio team, where available, for continual performance development.

- Proactively sourcing partnership opportunities and building your own network of client relationships.

- Working closely with the Dazed Club team to establish yourself as a community and culture expert.

- Working with the Commercial Director to develop your skillset and network in the direction that best suits your career.

Duties, Responsibilities & Deliverables

- Create Scope Of Work and invoice schedules.

- Monitor creative integrity to ensure delivery against agreed deliverables, keeping the client up to date through meetings, calls and sharing of project timelines.

- Maintain communication with the client, responding to feedback and sharing with the internal team and external creatives.

- Manage costs during production through regular reporting from the project team and updating of budget.

- Pre-empt issues as they arise and deal with them effectively, ensuring minimal impact on the client relationship.

- Establish strong relationships with clients to encourage trust and loyalty.

- Oversee commissioning and ongoing communication with collaborators, ensuring adherence to briefs and deliverables.

- Manage workflow and input of digital and media teams.

- Ensure each project has a signed contract and relevant documentation on file.

- Ensure invoices are sent to clients and payments have been received.

- Develop production timelines and communicate them to clients, ensuring agreement and sign-off.

- Various admin tasks including meeting notes and actions, status reports, maintaining schedules, case studies and proposals.

- Manage creation of EOC deck and present to client.

- Communicate with clients in a timely and professional fashion.

- Show clear rationale and consideration to reinforce the client’s understanding of the development and approach.

- Communicate commercial project capacity and workflow with line manager.

- Work collaboratively with the assigned Project Director to ensure that company standards of project delivery are maintained.
