Demolition Assistant Project Manager
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders
Support in the management of site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
Help prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records
Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other external stakeholders
Assist in identifying project risks and implementing mitigation measures Position Requirements Previous experience in demolition or construction project management.
Strong knowledge of health & safety and environmental legislation within the demolition sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
CSCS or CCDO card
SMSTS
