Client Accounts Assistant
P&L Recruitment are working exclusively with a highly successful property company based in Glasgow City Centre to recruit a Senior Accounts Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to progress their career within a well established finance team. The ideal candidate will have a property background and be able to liaise with Property Managers.
The main Duties:
- Responsible for quarterly client invoicing, handling account queries, and processing billing amendments
- Overseeing the movement, reconciliation, and management of client-held funds
- Assisting the finance team with additional tasks and providing cover where needed
- Utility account management
- Other finance duties
The main requirements:
- Previous accounts experience within Property
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, third parties, and external partners.
- Skilled in accounting software, with advanced Excel capabilities for data management and reporting.
