The Role

As our Paediatric Clinical Lead , you will:

• Create and oversee bespoke care plans tailored to each child’s needs

• Provide hands-on clinical guidance to support both families and care staff

• Deliver training and clinical supervision to ensure safe, high-quality care

• Collaborate with CHC nurses, MDTs, and commissioners to deliver personalised packages

• Act as a key point of contact for families, helping them feel supported and heard

What You’ll Need

• RSCN / Registered Children's Nurse with minimum 18 months UK experience

• Up-to-date tracheostomy and ventilator experience (within the last 2 years)

• Proven leadership and mentoring skills (Band 5 or Band 6 welcome)

• Clear communication skills – both verbal and written

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

• 45p per mile business mileage reimbursement

• Hybrid working – 2 days from home, 3 days in the community

• Sociable hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends or nights)
