Enterprise Marketing Officer

Role Summary
Diaceutics is scaling its marketing engine - and we’re hiring an Enterprise ABM Marketing Officer to drive engagement with high-value pharmaceutical and biotechnology accounts. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives on translating insights into action and crafting personalised campaigns that move the needle. You’ll be a key player in our growth marketing team, working cross-functionally to deliver high-impact programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue.

The role can be remote or based at our offices at the Kings Hall Health and Wellbeing Park, Belfast. Duties and Responsibilities: - Create compelling account-focused strategies that drive engagement, influence pipeline, and accelerate revenue within target accounts.- Implement ABM tactics using the full marketing channel mix and martech stack.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to extend Diaceutics' core value propositions into personalised narratives for executive and technical audiences.
- Collaborate with account teams and stakeholders to gain deep understanding of priority accounts and customer segments.
- Continuously analyse campaign performance to optimise and deliver on KPIs.
- Maintain and enhance marketing operations infrastructure, including CRM and automation platforms, to ensure accurate data capture, lead tracking, and campaign reporting. Key Attributes Required: - Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.

- Curious and confident working in evolving technical domains. Knowledge and Specialist Skills: - Experience – 3+ years’ experience in an ABM Marketing role.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred but while not essential, candidates must demonstrate experience in industries characterised by high-value B2B deals and long sales cycles.
- Familiarity with ABM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, 6Sense, Demandbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Ability to write persuasive content and develop integrated multichannel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and support business objectives.
- Proficient in digital marketing and B2B events within account-based marketing frameworks.
- Understanding of marketing analytics and pipeline attribution – ability to connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes.
