Are you an experienced audit professional looking to step up into an Assistant Manager role within a fast-growing, forward-thinking firm?

You'll be joining a collaborative Audit team based in London, where you'll play a key role in managing assignments, supporting clients, and mentoring junior team members.
What you will be doing as an Audit Assistant Manager
- Leading and delivering audit engagements from planning through to completion.
- Building strong client relationships through regular discussions, resolving challenges, and managing expectations.
- Preparing draft accounts, reports, and completion memos, including recommendations for improvement.
- Reviewing the work of junior team members and providing feedback, training, and performance assessments.
- Identifying opportunities for clients through the audit process.
What you will need to succeed as an Audit Assistant Manager
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Experienced in UK audit and accounts within a professional services firm.
- Skilled in supervising and delegating work within a team.
- A strong communicator, confident working directly with clients.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
