We are looking for someone with Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential, due to the needs of our international guest base

Salary - £15.63 Per Hour plus up selling incentives

What will I be doing?

You will join the Night Front Office team, working in the Reception area of the hotel.

You enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring the warmest welcome, demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service and great knowledge of all room categories and hotel facilities.
