About the Role: As a live-in carer, you will have the rewarding responsibility of supporting our clients with their daily routines, enabling them to remain independent and enjoy life in their own homes. You’ll play a vital role in their well-being, offering companionship and delivering tailored care that makes a real difference.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with personal care, including dressing, bathing, and mobility support.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, building meaningful relationships with clients.
- Help with household tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Support clients in maintaining their hobbies, interests, and social connections.
- Monitor and manage medication administration.
What We’re Looking For:
- A compassionate and empathetic individual with a proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in care is essential.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to live in the client’s home on a rota basis. Usually 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
- Availability to work within Westminster and surrounding areas.
