Clinical Pharmacist Oncology/Haematology
Are you a Clinical Pharmacist with a passion for Oncology and Haematology? We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join a Pharmacy Team at a prestigious private healthcare provider in Central London. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you'll play a crucial role in the Oncology and Haematology departments:
- Deliver and manage a high-quality, patient-focused systemic anti-cancer (SACT) pharmacy service.
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Pharmacist and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe access to the latest treatments.
- Develop and implement cost-effective and safe pharmacy practices.
- Provide expert advice and support to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Participate in the training and development of pharmacy staff.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Occasionally deputise for the Lead Pharmacist.

The ideal Specialist Clinical Pharmacist will have:
- MPharm or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services to wards.
- Previous experience in Oncology and practical experience in an Aseptic Production Unit.
- Knowledge of Mosaiq, BD Cato, and Meditech is desirable.
- A post-graduate diploma/masters in clinical pharmacy is advantageous.
