Loss Adjuster

The role of a Major Loss Adjuster is now available with a leading insurer in the City of London. You'll join their rapidly expanding Major Loss Team, managing high-value domestic property claims from start to finish, delivering exceptional customer outcomes and cost-effective resolutions.

This is a field-based position , working with customers face-to-face, offering guidance and support throughout the claims process. The role offers the freedom and trust to manage claims from anywhere in the UK.

• Salary: Competitive (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
• Bonus: Up to 8% of annual salary

The Work

• Manage high-value domestic property claims from instruction to completion
• Deliver exceptional customer outcomes and cost-effective resolutions
• Work with customers face-to-face, offering guidance and support
• Manage claims cradle to grave, with the freedom to work from anywhere in the UK

What You'll Need

• Experience: Proven track record in handling high-value, complex domestic claims
• Qualifications: Minimum of Cert CII or CILA. Dip CII desirable
• Skills: Deep understanding of insurance principles, subrogation, underwriting practices, and ABI report writing
• Knowledge: Building practices and regulations for property reinstatements and tendering processes
• Customer Focus: Proven ability to manage claims from cradle to grave, prioritizing customer satisfaction
