The Work

• Support the Restaurant Leader in maintaining operational excellence
• Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
• Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards, ensuring cleanliness and safety
• Deploy crewmembers during shifts, providing training and support
• Authorise employee functions and complete other duties as assigned

What You Need

• 18 years of age or older
• GCSEs or equivalent
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Ability to work varied shifts and travel as needed
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
