Sales Account Coordinator - International

City of London, Greater London

Job description

Company Description

Margaret Dabbs ®London is a leading luxury British beauty brand, founded in 2008 by Margaret herself. The brand is committed to the innovation of medical science and beauty and receives global recognition for its effective, results-driven, and luxurious clinic treatments and retail products for Feet, Hands, Nails and Legs. Margaret was honoured with an OBE in the 2023 New Year's Honours List for her contributions to Business and Podiatry, her entrepreneurial spirit, and her pioneering a new wellness category in beauty for foot, hand, and leg care.

The combination of podiatry-based medical excellence and beauty-based luxury ingredients delivers a collection of exquisite and beloved products and formulations – designed and produced in the UK – embodying the very essence of luxury and well-being.

Today, we operate twelve clinics across the UK and four internationally in Spain and the UAE. Our products are available at prestigious retailers such as John Lewis and Liberty London, in some of the most exclusive hotel and spa outlets in the world, throughout travel retail, and as well as on our official website. Bringing the luxury and effectiveness of Margaret Dabbs ®London to a global audience.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Coordinator – International to provide essential administrative and operational support to our Sales team. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless coordination between our London head office, warehouse, retail partners, spas, TV shopping channels and global distributors. This is a role combining office-based sales operations with regular in-store support across London (including department store partners such as John Lewis). It is ideally suited to someone with proven experience in sales administration, supply chain support or retail head office operations within a consumer brand environment.

About the position

  • Support the Sales team with day-to-day sales administration, including order processing, tracking open orders, back orders and returns.
  • Accurately enter sales orders into internal systems and ensure timely updates to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch of orders and resolution of delivery issues or discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels, order patterns and sales trends to proactively recommend replenishment and avoid out-of-stocks, supporting sales performance and revenue continuity.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate customer, account and sales data.
  • Assist with sales reporting, stock analysis and inventory management.
  • Complete and submit New Line Forms (NLFs) for retailers and QA Spec Cards for TV shopping, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Maintain organised records of contracts, order forms, NLFs and related documentation.
  • Support retail, spa, TV shopping and distribution accounts with ad-hoc queries via phone and email.
  • Provide administrative support for TV shopping, including sample coordination, diary scheduling and on-air asset management.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams, retail partners and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels in-store, ensuring merchandising standards are maintained.
  • Build positive relationships with store teams to support brand awareness and sales performance.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a sales administration, sales operations, supply chain or retail head office role
  • Proven experience working with sales orders, stock management and retailer accounts
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales data
  • Background in beauty, FMCG, retail or consumer goods (highly desirable)
  • Confident working across office, warehouse and retail environments
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of how operational excellence supports sales growth.
  • Strong Excel skills (reporting, data accuracy; pivots/XLOOKUPs beneficial)
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Passion for retail, sales and premium consumer brands

Our offer

  • A small, friendly team with exposure to all parts of the business
  • Opportunity to progress within an organisation
  • Central London office location
  • Increase in holiday entitlement with longevity
  • Company pension scheme
  • Staff discount on products and treatments
  • Employee referral scheme (up to £500)
  • Paid day off for your birthday
  • Two staff shopping days per year with 50% discount
  • Regular social events (e.g. Christmas party, annual fish & chips evening)
  • London gym classes
