The Chancery Rosewood is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.
As a Trainee in Food & Beverage, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of luxury hospitality, gaining hands-on experience in delivering exceptional dining and beverage service. Under the guidance of industry experts, you will develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in a dynamic F&B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the F&B team in delivering seamless and memorable dining experiences.
- Learn about menu offerings, wine pairings, and service etiquette.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining dining areas to the highest standards.
- Engage with guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Continuously develop your skills through hands-on training and mentorship.
