Year 3 Teacher | Dulwich
An inspiring Dulwich primary seeks a reflective and creative Year 3 Teacher to join KS2 on a Full-Time basis from January 2026. The successful Year 3 Teacher will be invited to collaborative planning prior to January 2026, will attend induction in January 2026, and will teach from January 2026 as the Year 3 Teacher. This Year 3 Teacher role emphasises enquiry learning, vocabulary development and hands-on science, and suits a practitioner excited by curriculum innovation.

• This Year 3 Teacher will receive subject coaching and opportunities for enrichment leadership from January 2026.
Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities
The Year 3 Teacher will plan coherent sequences in mathematics and English as the Year 3 Teacher, design enquiry-led foundation topics as the Year 3 Teacher, and run targeted interventions as the Year 3 Teacher. The Year 3 Teacher will lead a curriculum club, coordinate educational visits and contribute to cross-phase moderation activities. The Year 3 Teacher will prepare planning ahead of January 2026, attend induction in January 2026, and teach from January 2026 as the Year 3 Teacher.
Year 3 Teacher Candidate profile
We are seeking a Year 3 Teacher with QTS, sound KS2 experience and a passion for building knowledge through rich curricular sequences. The Year 3 Teacher should be collaborative, data-literate and committed to inclusive practice. Availability for pre-term planning prior to January 2026, induction in January 2026, and to teach from January 2026 as the Full-Time Year 3 Teacher is required.
