EmpowerRD is a fast-growing start-up fintech business based in London, UK.

We are building towards a vision to help our clients unlock all the funding that rewards innovation globally. This is a big and bold vision, we are starting by becoming the category leader in the UK for R&D tax credit claims and we are making incredible progress on this journey.

We are a modern business, part tech startup and part tax consultancy.

Just like our clients would not manage their business from a finance perspective without having teams of financial professionals support them with a modern digital finance stack, we don't think they should have to endure an R&D process that is not equally digitally savvy.

OUR ROLES

To support our continued growth and evolution we are looking to bring more people into our team and we are looking for a range of experience in R&D, accounting, and tax. We have a variety of open roles that would suit people with just a couple of years of experience up to senior professionals.

All roles would be supporting client claims whilst also inputting into the product development process to help us continuously evolve. If you enjoy your current role but are excited to flex your skills into a business with a technology stream then this could be just what you are looking for.

We are still small and relatively scrappy, but we are growing up every year. We value versatile individuals who can focus on their core role but are also keen to contribute more widely and build a better way of working each and every day. The teams collaborate well, taking in ideas from all contributors. We can offer a huge chance to have an impact and to take on more responsibility as quickly as you can handle it.

We are looking for people willing to spend at least two days in our London office at Old Street, collaborating and socialising with the team to build and maintain a fun but progressive culture. The value of personal interactions we think is vital to this. If you want to be fully remote then we are not the right company for you.
