Hybrid (WFH 2 days per week)
Are you a hands-on designer who enjoys owning a brand’s visual identity end-to-end? Do you thrive in a role where you’re trusted to shape how a brand looks, feels and shows up across every touchpoint? We’re partnering with a growing consumer goods business who are entering an exciting new phase. They’re looking to hire a Graphic Designer to take ownership of their creative output.
This is a key design role within an ambitious SME business undergoing a full brand refresh including new brand guidelines, logo and colour palette - offering real ownership and the chance to leave a genuine creative mark.
About the Role:
As the brand's dedicated designer, you’ll be the gatekeeper for all creative assets, ensuring consistency and quality across the board. You’ll work across digital and print, partnering closely with internal teams while confidently owning creative decisions. Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and evolving the brand’s look and feel across all channels during a full brand refresh.
- Designing packaging and product artwork, ensuring all assets are fully print-ready.
- Creating digital assets across social, web, email and eCommerce platforms.
- Designing creative for trade shows, exhibitions and wider marketing activity, from concept to delivery.
- Acting as the final sign-off and gatekeeper for all creative output before it goes live.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A Graphic Designer with experience in a consumer goods or FMCG business.
- Confident managing multiple projects, with strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Comfortable putting forward ideas, opinions and creative direction.
- Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite (a bonus would be familiarity with Figma).
- Positive, proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong balance of print and digital experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident designer to step into a role with real ownership and visibility, working at the heart of a brand during a period of meaningful change. You’ll have the chance to shape how the brand evolves while working closely with the marketing, sales and NPD teams. Think it could be a good fit? Apply now!
