Job Summary:
We are looking for an organised and diligent HSEQ Administrator to support our Compliance & H&S team. 

This role will assist with maintaining compliance documentation, preparing reports,
supporting audits, and ensuring that systems and processes align with both regulatory standards and  company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Health & Safety
Assist H&S Managers with accident, incident, and near-miss investigation and recording; ensure accurate reporting in line with internal and regulatory requirements. Also support the Claims Manager with additional information if required for any insurance claim.

  • Support the development and maintenance of risk assessments and method                 statements (RAMS)
  • Assist with the production of Site Packs for new and existing contracts.
  • Track actions arising from inspections, audits, and investigations.
  • Help ensure environmental policies and procedures are documented and up to             date.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of environmental metrics (e.g., waste,                       emissions). 
  • Assist with environmental audits and sustainability initiatives.
  • Assist the Head of Group Compliance & Risk with the review and communication          of quality assurance documentation and systems (i.e. ISO 9001).
  • Assist in monitoring the Non-conformance Log, and the recording of corrective            and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation for internal and external quality audits.
    General Administration
  • Maintain HSEQ databases and registers, ensuring data accuracy and                               confidentiality.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and statistical summaries for the compliance team.
  • Assist with the version control and distribution of all HSEQ policies, procedures,           and forms.

    Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an HSEQ, compliance, or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of HSEQ standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO             14001) is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills, especially in Excel, Word, and document management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.
  • Relevant training or qualifications including IOSH are an advantage.

    Working Conditions:
  • Office-based with occasional site visits, depending on operational needs

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 
  • Hours -9.00p-5.30pm

Competitive Salary : £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
