Maintenance Operative

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Maintenance Operative to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.
Schedule - Monday to Friday
Working hours – 40 hours flexible (Door to Door pay)
On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call. – This is for emergencies only.
Salary - £34,271/yr.
Location – South West London
Extra – Overtime available
As a Maintenance Operative your duties will be but not limited to
General reactive maintenance in store from toilets, shop floor and communal areas.
This may include changing lightbulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats hanging doors or fixing shelves. Patch plaster. rendering, painting or minor carpentry and plumbing repairs.
PPMs such as Legionella, Fire Alarm Testing, Sprinkler Testing (training provided).
Building inspections including roof walks and building checks to exterior
Cark Park checks – drain covers, trolley shelters, bollards
There will be daily duties to ensure the tablet is updated, this may be reporting issues, H&S notes or sending emails. Technology will be used in the form of a PDA Tablet and Company provided Smartphone.

Requirements:
NVQ in a trade would be IDEAL and is Desirable
Full UK driving license
