A well-established and reputable independent accountancy practice in North West London is seeking an Audit Senior to join its growing team. The firm is known for strong client relationships, high technical standards, and a genuinely supportive working culture. You’ll work with a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses across multiple sectors, offering excellent exposure and a platform for long-term progression.
Your new role
As an Audit Senior, you will lead audits from planning through to completion while taking responsibility for supervising junior staff and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead audit assignments for a diverse OMB client base
- Plan, execute and complete audits in accordance with UK GAAP
- Supervise, train and review the work of junior staff
- Prepare and review statutory accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
- Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes and quality
- Ideally ACA / ACCA qualified or finalist
- Strong and recent audit experience within UK practice
- Proven ability to lead audits from planning to completion
- Confident communicator with solid client-facing skills
- Experience working with OMB clients
- Strong technical knowledge and organisational skills
