HR Assistant Role | Lovely Brent School | Immediate Start
We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for a dedicated HR Assistant to join an Outstanding secondary school in Brent. This part-time role offers the perfect balance for a professional seeking high-level responsibility with flexible hours.
About the Role
Start Date: Immediate.
Contract: Part-time (3 days per week), permanent.
Assist with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and reference checks.
Support the HR Manager with monthly payroll data entry and staff contracts.

Requirements

Salary and Benefits Salary offered: £30,000 – £33,000 FTE (Pro-rata) , with negotiation available for experienced school administrative professionals.
