About the Role:

As an Energy Renewals Expert , you’ll be responsible for account managing and renewing our portfolio of qualified and existing customers. Your focus will be on helping small and medium-sized businesses secure the best possible energy deals by presenting a range of tailored solutions that meet their needs.

What You’ll Do

In this end to end Closer role, you'll:

• Build and nurture lasting relationships with Bionic energy customers.

• Identify customer needs and match them with the most suitable energy products and solutions.
• Search for and present the best available deals, ensuring each customer receives exceptional value.
• Act as the customer’s dedicated account manager, providing expert guidance throughout the renewal process.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up calls with customers to discuss their options and next steps.
• Deliver world-class service that fosters trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
• Confidently negotiate and close deals when they align with customer requirements.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and KPIs.
• Cross-sell additional services such as telecoms, water, and insurance to enhance customer value.
• Collaborate with your team to maintain a vibrant, supportive, and high-performing workplace.

About You

• Minimum 12 months of sales experience (B2B or telesales preferred).
• Highly target-driven and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• A consultative, value-driven sales approach that prioritizes customer needs.
• Skilled in pitching, negotiating, and handling objections effectively.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and listening.
• Able to build rapport quickly with people from all backgrounds.
• Tactful, professional, and customer-focused in your approach.
• Punctual, focused, and committed to delivering results.
• Proactive, eager to learn, grow, and develop within the business.
• A friendly, positive team player who contributes to a great work environment.
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure.
