Real Estate Finance Solicitor (45 PQE or Equivalent)

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to 75000 (depending on experience)

A leading London law firm is looking for an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join its highly regarded and growing team. The Role

You will handle a broad range of real estate finance transactions acting primarily for banks bridging lenders and other financial institutions . The work will involve drafting and negotiating facility agreements security documentation and intercreditor arrangements as well as supporting on complex property and development finance matters.

About You

• 4-5 years post-qualification experience (or equivalent) in Real Estate Finance .

• Demonstrable experience acting for lenders (including banks or bridging lenders).

• Strong technical ability commercial awareness and excellent client relationship skills.

• Enthusiastic about business development and contributing to the growth of the practice.

• A following or client network would be advantageous but not essential.
