About the Role

The Director will spearhead the wholesale finance strategy, focusing on building relationships with specialist lenders and executing structured transactions such as block finance, loan-on-loan, forward flow, and senior credit facilities. The role is hands-on and supported by a wider specialist lending team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading origination and execution of wholesale finance deals., with a focus on UK real estate lenders
• Collaborating with internal teams to present strategies to investors.
• Applying direct lending expertise to structure risk and make swift decisions.
