Customer Success Representative

As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be working within a team of dynamic and friendly individuals who are passionate about helping customers grow and drive revenue. You'll be responsible for proactively engaging with customers to promote platform adoption and enhance customer satisfaction, while also training them on all aspects of the platform. You'll be expected to take a solutions-focused approach to any blockers or challenges customers may have and identify potential risks within client accounts to mitigate customer churn. Additionally, you'll be responsible for identifying and relaying expansion opportunities cross-functionally. Here's what you'll be doing:- Proactively engaging customers by phone, LinkedIn and email, informing them of new features, driving product usage, and advocating for usage of the support team.
- Running workflow sessions with customers, taking a solutions-focused approach to any blockers or challenges they have with the platform.
- Identifying potential risks within client accounts and creating action plans to engage and mitigate customer churn.
- Understanding customer objectives and working collaboratively to help them achieve these.
- Developing mastery of internal systems in engaging customers.
- Identifying and relaying expansion opportunities cross-functionally.
- Excellent listening and presentation abilities.
- Personable, with excellent client relations skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Self-starter and highly motivated, with the ability to work individually under pressure.
- Able to manage workload effectively.
- Results-focused.
- 2+ years of experience within a sales organization.
