Job Title: MEP Revit Technician

Location: London (5 days per week)

With a strong emphasis on digital design, BIM coordination, safety, and sustainability, the company is known for its technical expertise and ability to deliver high-quality, innovative building services solutions.

The Role:

The company is looking for a talented MEP Revit Technician to join their growing digital design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and coordinating intelligent MEP models, ensuring accuracy and seamless integration across multi-disciplinary design teams.

This role plays a key part in supporting engineers, project managers, and site teams by producing high-quality digital outputs that enhance collaboration and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed MEP Revit models in line with company BIM standards.
  • Produce accurate drawings, sections, details, and schedules from Revit models.
  • Coordinate services with architectural and structural models to identify and resolve clashes.
  • Support BIM coordination and digital design workflows across multiple projects.
  • Work closely with design engineers and project delivery teams to embed buildability into models.
  • Provide updates for as-built information and digital handover deliverables.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an MEP Revit Technician within a contractor or consultancy environment.
  • Strong Revit skills, with proven ability to deliver coordinated MEP models.
  • Knowledge of Navisworks or similar clash detection software.
  • Solid understanding of building services (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
  • High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Salary & Benefits:

  • 40,000 - 45,000 (depending on experience)
  • 5,000 car allowance
  • Travel paid + excellent benefits package
  • Monday to Friday, 5 days per week
