A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or relevant work experience in these fields.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. .NET C#, Java, Python, or Go), with an understanding of core software engineering principles.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience with or enthusiasm for working in agile environments and delivering high-quality code on tight deadlines.
A passion for solving complex technical problems—independently and as part of a team.
Payments or financial knowledge is a bonus, but not required.
