This is an opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of reseller and channel partners, driving growth, managing integrations and helping scale an expanding partner ecosystem across international markets.

About The Role

We're looking for a Partner Growth Manager to own and grow relationships across an established reseller partner network.

Working with platform providers, agencies, marketplaces and technology partners, you'll be responsible for driving adoption, enabling partner success and translating partnerships into sustainable revenue growth.

This role combines account management, business development, project coordination and partner enablement. You'll act as the primary point of contact for partners while coordinating closely with product, technical, creative and marketing teams to ensure successful implementations and long-term growth.

If you enjoy ownership, autonomy and operating in a fast-moving environment where your work has visible commercial impact, this role offers significant opportunity.

What You'll Do

Partner Growth & Account Management

  • Own a portfolio of reseller and strategic partners.
  • Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Develop and execute growth plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish revenue targets and measurable success metrics with partners.
  • Support partners with training, resources and commercial guidance.
  • Participate in key customer-facing meetings when required.
  • Identify opportunities to expand revenue and increase adoption.
  • Monitor partner performance and recommend improvements.
  • Deliver regular performance reviews and growth recommendations.

Partner Integration & Project Management

  • Manage partner integrations, pilots and rollout projects from initiation through completion.
  • Coordinate activities across technical, product, creative and commercial teams.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines and key milestones.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout implementation.
  • Ensure integrations are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Support partners in embedding solutions into their existing workflows and platforms.

Partner Enablement

  • Deliver training and onboarding programmes for partners.
  • Support product demonstrations and partner education initiatives.
  • Ensure partners are equipped with the tools, knowledge and collateral needed to succeed.
  • Drive adoption and utilisation across partner organisations.
  • Help develop scalable enablement programmes and resources.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, technical and product teams.
  • Communicate partner requirements and market feedback internally.
  • Help align go-to-market initiatives across departments.
  • Support the creation of joint marketing and commercial opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • Experience managing channel partners, reseller networks, strategic accounts or business partnerships.
  • Background in SaaS, technology, digital platforms or software businesses.
  • Track record of growing partner revenue and account performance.
  • Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience leading client or partner-facing initiatives.

Commercial Skills

  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans.
  • Experience managing performance targets and revenue objectives.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable presenting to both operational and senior stakeholders.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Skilled at managing stakeholder expectations and resolving challenges.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Confident facilitator, presenter and trainer.
  • Able to communicate technical concepts in a clear and practical manner.
  • Comfortable working with distributed international teams.

Nice To Have

  • Experience within automotive technology, automotive retail or automotive marketplaces.
  • Background working with CMS platforms, martech solutions or partner ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and platform partnerships.
  • Experience leading partner enablement or joint go-to-market programmes.
  • Understanding of digital marketing technology.

Working Style & Behaviours

  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
  • Commercially driven with a focus on outcomes.
  • Strong ownership mentality.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, pragmatic and solutions-oriented.
  • Able to balance partner needs with business objectives.
  • Thrives with responsibility and accountability.

Success In This Role

  • Partner revenue grows consistently and predictably.
  • Integrations and rollouts are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
  • Partners are engaged, productive and well-supported.
  • Stakeholders remain aligned throughout projects.
  • Adoption and usage continue to increase across the partner network.
  • Insights from partner activity help inform future growth initiatives.

Why Join?

  • Join a fast-growing technology business with strong market momentum.
  • Work with innovative AI-powered products delivering measurable customer value.
  • Take ownership of strategic partner relationships with direct revenue impact.
